a base, in duplicate, and proposed the following vote
which was adopted: _

Lease for 10 yrs. to A.McDonald. approved _ [Lease Expires ]

Voted. "That the Indenture of lease between
this Corporation and Alexander McDonald
for the term of ten years, for the purpose of manu-
facturing, exhibiting and selling statuary, monumental
and other marble or stone work, for Cemetery pur-
poses, which has been submitted by the Committee
to whom the subject was specially referred, be and
is hereby approved and confirmed, and that the
same be executed on the part of the Corporation by
the Treasurer and Secretary in the usual manner."

Petition for warming of Chapel.

A memorial of Wm G. Babcock praying that the
Chapel may be warmed for funerals was presented.
Voted that the same be referred to the Committee
on Grounds. _
