Resignation of Geo. P. Southack as Gatekeeper _

The resignation of Mr Geo. P. Southack
as Gatekeeper was presented: _

On motion of Mr Livermore, it was

Voted to accept the same. _

Salary to be paid him to 1^st of July _

On motion of Mr Rand, it was

Voted that the salary of Mr Southack
as Gatekeeper be paid to him until the 1^st of July
next.

Com^ee on Lots authorized to appoint Gatekeeper, subj. to approval of Trustees _

The Secretary stated that several applications for
the office of Gatekeeper had been received.
upon which it was

Voted,

That the several applications for the office
of Gatekeeper be referred to the Committee on Lots,
and that said Committee be authorized to
appoint a Gatekeeper, subject to the ratification
of their Board. _
