The Secretary reported that the
Committee on Lots had contracted for the
perpetual repair of the following lots sub-
ject to the approval of this Board: _

Lot numbered four hundred and fifty four,
(454) belonging to the estate of the late Isaiah
Atkins, for four hundred and seventy five dollars: _

659

Lot numbered six hundred and fifty nine (659)
belonging to the estate of the late Otis Fairbanks, for
two hundred and fifty dollars in addition to
the one hundred dollars previously paid.

Voted that said contracts be ratified. _

Representation of Lot 1594 _

Upon the petition of Charles Devens Jr. and
Chas. Devens Jr with Estes Howe, Trustees, tenants in
common on lot no. 1594, the said Charles Devens
Jr., of Worcester, was designated to represent s^d lot.

Adj^d to 28^th inst.

Voted that when this meeting is adjourned
it be to Tuesday the 28^th inst at 10 o'clock.
