Proprietors' Annual Meeting _ Feb.y 3 1868.

Mount Auburn Cemetery

The Annual meeting of the Proprietors of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn will be held at the
Horticultural Hall, Tremont Street, Boston, on
Monday, February 3^d at 3½ o'clock, P.M.,
to hear the annual reports and choose Trustees
for the ensuing year.

In accordance with the foregoing notification which
was published seven days before the time of meeting in
the Boston Daily newspapers, the proprietors met
at the time and place therein named. _

A quorum being in attendance, Dr Jacob
Bigelow, the President, took the Chair.

record of the last Annual Meeting were
read by the Secretary.

The Annual reports in printed form
having been distributed among the members
present _
