Trustees _ Organization _ Feb.y 11, 1868 _

The first meeting of the Trustees for organiza-
tion and business, which was also the regular
monthly meeting, was held at the Office of the
Corporation, No. 16 Pemberton Square, on Tuesday,
February 11^th 1868, at 10 o'clock a.m. _

There were present, Mssrs Adams, Bigelow,
Cheever, Little, Livermore, Lovejoy, Rand
and Read _ 9 _

Dr. Bigelow occupied the Chair. _

The record of the Annual Meeting of the Propri-
etors and of the last meeting of the Trustees was read.

Ballot for Officers and Committees _

The Board then proceeded to the choice of
the officers and committees, by ballot, and they
were declared to be unanimously chosen, and are
as follows: _
