New Boiler for Engine recommended by Sup t _ referred to Com. on Grounds.

A communication from the Superintendent was read,
recommending, upon the opinion of experts, an exchange
of the old boiler of the engine at the Cemetery for a
new one, and stating the probable cost of such ex-
change to be within one thousand dollars,

upon which it was

Voted that the subject of the
Superintendent's communication be referred to the
Committee on Grounds with full power: and
that a sum not exceeding one thousand dollars
be appropriated therefor, if the Committee shall deem
the work necessary. _

Perpetual Repair of Lot 2144 _

The Secretary reported that the Committee on Lots
had contracted with John Woods the proprietor of lot
numbered twenty one hundred and forty four (2144)

for the perpetual care of said lot on payment of
three hundred and fifty dollars, ($350).

Voted that said contract be ratified. _
