Trustees April 14, 1868

The regular meeting of the Trustees was held
at their rooms on Tuesday, April 14, 1868,
at 10 o'clock a.m. ~

There were present the President and Messrs
Bowditch, Cheever, Livermore, Norcross, Read
and Sleeper. _ 7

The record of the last meeting was read.

Verbal Report of Com^ee to confer with the Treasurer _

In the absence of the Chairman, Mr Norcross, for
the Commitee chosen at the last meeting to confer
with the Treasurer, stated verbally that Mr Bond
agreed in view with the Trustees that the interests
of the Corporation would be advanced if the duties
of the Treasurer should be performed at this
office, but that his business engagements would
not allow him to retain the office, if transferred.

It was then

Voted that the Committee on the office
of Treasurer be authorized to consider the whole
subject and report to this Board. _

Treasurer asks instructions respecting charging and crediting int. on Story Lot repairs _

The Treasurer requested instruction in regard
to charging and crediting interest on the repairs of
the Story Lot, and upon the balance remaining of the
Story Statue fund: _
