Referred to Comee on Lots with full power _

of deciding which course shall be taken as to the
charge of the improvements upon the Story Lot in ,
and said question of interest be referred to the
Committee on Lots with full power. _

Perpetual Repair of Lot no. 1530 _

The Secretary reported that the Committee on Lots
had contracted with Samuel K. Williams, Executor
of the will of Mary Wallach, deceased proprietor of lot
numbered fifteen hundred and thirty (1530)
for
the perpetual care of said lot on payment of two
hundred dollars.

Voted that said contract be ratified. _

Representation of Lots

Upon the petition of the parties in interest, representa-
tives were designated for lots as follows: _

1788
Calvin Emery Morse of Cambridge port, son of Calvin
Morse
, deceased propr of lot numbered 1788;

2308
(Rev.) Stephen G. Bulfinch of Cambridge, brother of Thomas
Bulfinch
, deceased propr of lot numbered 2308. _

The Secretary authorized to appear in suit brought by H.N. Gardner.

The Secretary stated that one Henry N. Gardner,
who was nearly two years since excluded from working
on lots in the Cemetery, by vote of the Trustees, and
who failed in an equity suit against the Corporation, had
brought an action at law against the Corporation.

Voted that the Secretary confer with Mr Rand, and
attend to the defense of the suit by the said Gardner.

The meeting was then adjourned to st at 10 o'clock.
