Oath of Secretary _

Commonwealth of Massachusetts,
Suffolk ss. , Then personally
appeared Austin J. Coolidge, and made oath
that he would faithfully perform the duties of
Secretary of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn,

Trustees _ Adjd Meeting _ _

A meeting of the Trustees was held agreeably
to adjournment on st at 10 o'clock a.m.

There were present Messrs Adams, Austin, Bow-
ditch
, Cheever, Livermore, Lovejoy, Rand and Sleeper.

The President being absent, Mr Rand was
chosen chairman ~

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Report of Com. on Lots on unexpended balance of Story Statue Fund _

Mr Austin, Chairman of the Comee on Lots, submitted
a report of which the following is a copy: _

"The Committee to whom was referred the subject
of the balance to the credit of the "Story Statue Fund" upon
the books of the Treasurer _ Report

That they have obtained the signature of
all the surviving subscribers to that fund _ that
the said balance of nine hundred and ninety
and 97/100 dollars ($990.97) be released to the 'Proprietors
