Adj^d Meeting _ Apr. 21, 1868 _ Treasurer's office to be at 16 Pembⁿ Square _

"That on and after the first day of May, 1868,
the Treasurer's office shall be in the Mount Auburn
rooms, no. 16 Pemberton Square, ~ and the office
hours of the Treasurer shall be from nine a.m
to three P.m. _ for each working day. _

Com^ee to nominate a Treasurer _

Voted that the Committee which has keen instruc-
ted to consider the whole subject of the office of Treas-
urer and report thereon, be also requested to nominate
a Treasurer, and report at the adjourned meeting
of the Board. _

Adjournment _

Voted that when this meeting is adjourned it be
to Tuesday, the 28^th inst. at 10 o'clock a.m.

Trustees - April 28, 1868 _

A meeting of the Trustees was held on Tuesday,
April 28^th, at 10 o'clock, A.M. agreeably to adjournment,

There were present Messrs Austin, Bowditch, Cheever,
Little, Norcross, Rand and Read. _

The President being absent, Mr Read was
chosen chairman pro tempore. _

Nomination of Treasurer _

Mr Austin for the Committee to nominate a Treasurer
submitted the report of the Committee, recommending
