o'clock p.m., upon all working days."

Finance Comee authorized to exchange coupon bonds for Registered Bonds _

Voted _

That the Committee on Finance be re-
quested to exchange so many of the 5/20 U.S. coupon
bonds for Registered bonds as they may deem for the
interest of the Corporation. _

Cemetery of Mount Auburn was held on

There were present the President, and Messrs
Adams, Austin, Bowditch, Cheever, Livermore

Resignation of Mr Bond as Treasr & acceptance of same _

The record of the last meeting was read and
approved.

The letter of resignation of the Treasurer, Mr Bond having been read,

On motion by Mr Livermore,

Voted that Mr Bond's resignation be accepted
to take effect on the first of June next. _
