Report on nomination of Treasurer reconsidered, amended _ & accepted _

Voted to reconsider the report submitted and
accepted at the last meeting on the nomination
of a Treasurer _

Voted to amend a verbal error in the report by
striking out "2500" and inserting "2350." _

The report as thus amended was then accepted.

Adoption of amend^t to Art. VI of By-Laws _

The amendments proposed at the last meeting to Article
sixth of the Bylaws _ "Treasurer", were taken from
the table, read and adopted. _

Choice of Treasurer _

It was then

Voted to proceed to the choice of
a Treasurer, to fill the vacancy occasioned by
the resignation of Mr Bond. _

A.J. Coolidge chosen _

The President appointed Mr Livermore a Com-
mittee to receive and count the ballots: _
and he reported that seven ballots were cast,
all of which were given for

and he was declared to be duly chosen Treasurer.

Finance Com^ee to audit accts, of present Treas^r to [deliver property to his successor upon taking bond &c _]

Voted that the Committee of Finance be re-
quested to audit the accounts of the present Treasurer,
to the 1^st of June next, and to deliver to his successor, upon
receiving a satisfactory bond, all books, papers, funds,
