and other property of this Corporation which may
be in his possession, giving and taking proper
receipts therefor, and report to the Trustees.

Perpet^l Repair of Lot 1363 _

The Committee on Lots reported that they had
contracted with George B. Upton, proprietor of lot
numbered thirteen hundred and sixty three (1363)
for the perpetual care of said lot on payment
of five hundred dollars. _

Voted that said contract be confirmed. _
