Report of Finance Com^ee on settlement with Late Treas^r & transfer to new Treas^r

The Committee of Finance submitted a
written report in effect that they had received
from the late Treasurer certain moneys belonging
to the Corporation and had delivered the same
to the present Treasurer: they had also delivered
to him certain evidences of property belonging to
the Corporation, schedules of which accompanied the
report.

They had left in the hands of the late Treas-
urer for a short period, certain of the books contain-
ing the unsettled accounts, for the purpose of fa-
cilitating a settlement of said accounts.

Recommitted _

In consequence of an inadvertent omission
from the schedules of the statement of the Per-
manent Fund deposited with the Massa-
chusetts Hospital Life Insurance Company,
it was

Voted to recommit the report.
