[Copy of letter of Geo Wm Bond, late Treasurer,
annexed to the foregoing report.]

"Dear Sir,

I did not know of the adjourned
meeting to be held tomorrow, if I had, I would have
had a more full statement of account ready.

The outstanding accounts on my book amount
to about $7400 of which about $2300 are ac-
counts disputed in part or whole, or valueless.
Many of these went on the promise of the parties
to see Capt. Winsor, and adjust them. This
item also includes accounts in your hands
in settlement, and valueless accounts, the whole
discount on which may be $1000. _

There are many parties I have been unable
to find, and cannot judge of the prospect of settle-
ment.

Having now received Capt. Winsor's report
can close my book with Mr Barbour and put him
in the way of opening his new one so as to
show the whole amount outstanding, and make
a new move for collection.

Yours Respectfully
Geo Wm Bond''
A.J. Coolidge. Esq Treasurer''
