Contracts for Perpet^l Repair of Lot 900

The Secretary reported that the Committee
on Lots had contracted with Mr Otis Norcross
proprietor of lot numbered nine hundred (900)
for the perpetual repair of said lot on payment
of four hundred dollars: _

Lot 2239

That said Committee had contracted with
Mrs Mary C. Norcross, proprietor of lot num-
bered twenty two hundred and thirty nine (2239)
for the perpetual repair of said lot on payment
of five hundred dollars: _

Lot 3678 _

That said Committee had contracted with
Mrs Abigail, widow of the late Warren White,
proprietor of lot numbered thirty six hundred and
seventy Eight (3678) for the perpetual repair of
said lot on payment of four hundred and
fifty dollars: _

And said contracts were confirmed,

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest
