The regular meeting of the Trustees was held
on Tuesday January 12, 1869, at 10 o'clock a.m.

There were present the President, and Messrs
Adams, Austin, Bowditch, Cheever, Lovejoy, Nor-
cross and Read.

The record of the last meeting was read.

Mr Norcross for the Committee to confer with
the Horticultural Society submitted as the result
