Superintendt to furnish the Trustees with statement of location, size, & estimated cost of improvement _

opinion of the Committee on Grounds, or of the
Superintendent, it is advisable to improve, and render
fit and saleable any portion of the grounds in
Mount Auburn, containing three hundred square
feet or more, which is now or may hereafter become
unfit for burial purposes. _ It shall be the duty
of the Superintendent to furnish this Board with
a statement in writing of the location and size of
the parcel of land which it is proposed to grade
and improve, with an estimate of the cost: and
the approval of this Board shall be obtained
before the commencement of work upon the same.

Sup.t to keep account of cost of improving & grading unsaleable lands _

Voted _ That it shall be the duty of the
Superintendent to keep an account of all material used,
and of the money expended for labor and otherwise,
for the improvement and grading of such portions
of the grounds, as are now, or may hereafter become
unfit for burial purposes, and annually, in the
month of December, he shall render a state-
ment of the same to the Treasurer of this
Corporation.

Sup.t to complete grading of Garden Pond & St Paul Lot _

Voted _ That the Superintendent be authorized
to proceed with the grading and improvement
of the grounds known as the "Garden Pond im-
provement", and also to complete the lot to be
used for single burials known as the "St Paul
Lot"
