Proprietors' Annual meeting _ Feb.y 1, 1869 _

Mount Auburn Cemetery

The Annual Meeting of the Proprietors of
the Cemetery of Mount Auburn will be held
at the Horticultural Hall, Fremont Street,
Boston, on Monday February 1^st at 3½ o'clock
p.m., to hear the annual reports and choose
Trustees for the ensuing year.

In accordance with the foregoing notification
which was published "in one or more of the Boston
newspapers seven days at least before the time
of meeting," the proprietors met at the time and
place therein named. _

A quorum being in attendance, the President,
Dr Jacob Bigelow took the chair. _

The call for this meeting and the record of
the last annual meeting were read by the
Secretary.

The Annual Reports in print having been
distributed among the members present, on
motion by Jeffrey Richardson Esq, it was

Voted that the reading of the Reports be
dispensed with.
