Annual Meeting of the Proprietors,

Reports of Trustees, Treasurer & Sup^t accepted _

Upon several motions made also by
Jeffrey Richardson Esq, it was

Voted that the reports of the Trustees,
of the Superintendent and Treasurer,
be accepted and recorded.

Com. to receive & count the votes _

On motion by Nathan Carruth Esq, it was

Voted that the Chairman appoint three
persons a Committee to receive, assort and
count the ballots for twelve trustees for the
ensuing year. _

The Chairman appointed

Voted that no ballot be received unless
the name of the proprietor casting it was endorsed
thereon. _

After the ballotting and pending the count of
the votes,

Benj. T. Reed Esq submitted a motion
in relation to the amendment of the Charter, –
