Trustees' Records. 1869-70
The first meeting of the Trustees for organization and
business, was held on Saturday at 10 o'clock
a.m.
There were present Messrs Adams, Austin, Bigelow,
Bowditch, Little, Lovejoy, Norcross and Read.
Dr Bigelow took the chair.
The record of the last meeting of the Trustees and of the
Annual Meeting of the Proprietors was read.
The Board proceeded to the choice of officers & Committees
by ballot.

Mr Austin acted as a Committee to receive and count
the votes: and officers and committees were declared chosen as
follows: _
