Act of Amendment of Charter _

quorum for business shall consist of not less than twenty-
five members.

Sect 5. Any parts of Sections two, three four, and
five of the Act incorporating "the Proprietors of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn" approved March 31
1835, or of any act in addition thereto, which may be
inconsistent with the provisions of this act, are hereby
repealed.
