Statement of Profits of Garden & Greenhouse _

The President read a communication from the
Superintendent, accompanied by an estimate of the cost
and profit of gardening and the greenhouse, from
November 1^st 1867 to January 1, 1869.

Voted. That this communication and estimate be referred
to the Committee on Salaries.

Report on Amend^t to Charter read in print _

The report of the Trustees on the Amendments to the
Charter adopted at the last meeting, was read in printed
form.

Mr Norcross added to Com^ee to secure passage of same _

Voted. That the name of Mr Norcross be prefixed to the
Committee to present the proposed amendments to the
Legislature, if the same shall be approved by the
Proprietors: so that the Committee will stand
Mess^rs Norcross, the President and Secretary.

Voted. That the Committee on Salaries be instructed to
call a meeting of the Trustees when they shall
be prepared to report.
