Trustees _ Apr. 13, 1869

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was
held on Tuesday April 13 1869. at 10 o'clock AM.

There were present the President, Mess^rs Cheever, Liver-
more, Lovejoy, Norcross and Sleeper. (6)

The record of the last meeting was read.

Chapel Floor _ Repairs of

The President for the Committee on Grounds

Reported

That the
condition of the Chapel floor had been examined, and
measures had been taken to make the repairs.

Shed on east side of Coolidge Av.

The President for the same Committee also reported
that the Superintendent has been directed to erect the shed
on Coolidge Avenue, the subject of which was referred to
this Committee at the last meeting.

Printing Annual Reports of Trustees _ inexpedient _

On the resolution adopted at the Annual
Meeting of the Corporation asking this Board to consider
the expediency of printing and distributing all the Annual
reports heretofore made _ it was

Voted. That it is inexpedient to take any action thereon.

Rule requiring Written Order for Work [to be observed _]

Voted. That the Superintendent to instructed henceforth
to comply with the conditions of that clause of Article
Seventh which required a written order for all
