Trustees _ .

The regular meeting of the Trustees was
held on Tuesday , at 10 'oclock AM.

There were present, the President, Messrs Adams,
Austin, Bowditch, Cheever, Livermore, Lovejoy, Norcross
and Read.

The record of the last meeting was read.

Report of Com. of Intermts on subject of second Intermts in Public Lots _

The Committee on Interments submitted a
written report on the subject referred to said Committee in
August last. viz. as to what charge should be made in
cases of second Interments in graves in the Public Lots. _

Recommending that hereafter every where in the
Cemetery not more than two interments in the same grave
shall be permitted, and that upon a second interment
in a grave in a public lot no further charge should be
made for land, but the usual interment fee should be
collected; and that the by laws should be amended in
conformity with this recommendation.

Adopted _

The report was accepted and adopted.

Amendt of By-laws _ Interment.

Upon the recommendation of the Committee
the following amendments to the 19th article of by laws
was proposed, and laid upon the table to the next meeting.
