Perpet. Repair of Lot 1794.

The Committee on Lots reported. That
they had contracted with the Trustees of Henry Smith
for the perpetual care of Lot N^o 1794 for four hundred
and fifty dollars, and said contract was ratified.

Treasurer's Quarterly statement _

The Treasurer submitted his quarterly state-
ment, and the same was referred to the Finance
Committee, with a request that said Committee should
report on same at next meeting of the Board.

Treas^rs Report to be approved by Com^ee of Finance before presentation _

Voted. That hereafter the report of the Treasurer be
submitted to the Committee of Finance for
approval, before it shall be presented to this
Board.

Surveyor's bill _

A bill of $448.15 of J H Shedd, for
surveying, was referred to Mess^rs Cheever and
Lovejoy, to report thereon at the next meeting.
