associate valued for his modest deportment and thorough
business habits. His kindness of heart and clear
sagacity deserved and won the esteem of his co-trustees,
and the withdrawal of his ripe experience will be a
serious loss.

Resolutions upon decease of Chas. C. Little.

Resolved, that a copy of this expression of
our sentiments be communicated to his afflicted family,
with the assurance of our most earnest sympathy in
their solemn bereavements and that the same be
entered upon the records of this Board.

Paul Adams chosen to fill vacancy on finance Com.

Mr Sleeper suggested the expediency of
filling the vacancy upon the Committee of Finance, occa-
sioned by the death of Mr Little.

Voted. To fill said vacancy.

A balloting was had, and Paul Adams
was chosen to fill said vacancy.
