Trustees _ Adj^d Meeting _ Dec. 28, 1870 [Sic: 1869]

Amend^t of Art. 32 of By-laws proposed _ Repair Fund _

Mr Norcross proposed that the 32^d article
of the By laws be amended whereever any of its pro-
visions may be inconsistent with the use of the
word "Guaranty Fund" in the new form of contract
in the clause providing that the Corporation shall not
be bound to make any separate investment of the
same given, but may add the same to the Guaranty
Fund. _ the word Repair Fund having heretofore been
used in their said clause.

Amend^t of art. 7 _ Superintend^t proposed _

Mr Rand proposed as an amendment to
Article 7 of the By-laws the following additional
clause at the end of the article: _

"He shall re-
ceive no commissions or fees from any proprietor, or
contractor for work or materials, nor any compensa-
tion for any services rendered by him." _
