Proprietors' Annual Meeting
Monday, February 7, 1870.

In accordance with the notice prescribed in the
amended charter (a copy whereof is hereto annexed)
served upon the members of the Corporation and
published in one or more of the Boston newspapers,
the Proprietors met at Horticultural Hall,
Boston, on Monday, February 7^th at 3½ o'clock,
P.m.

A quorum being in attendance, the President,
Dr Jacob Bigelow, took the chair. _

The Secretary red the call for the meeting, and
the records of the last annual meeting.

Trustees' Annual Report _

The Annual Report of the Trustees was
also read by the Secretary. ~

Motion to accept Report of Trustees tabled _

Mr Alfred Turner moved to accept
the Report of the Trustees. _

Mr John R. Poor moved that the motion
to accept the Report of the Trustees lie upon
the table, _ which motion was adopted. _
