Proprietors' Adjourned Annual Meeting
Monday March 7, 1870 _

The Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn
met according to adjournment _ notice of said meeting
having been given in the manner directed. _ at
the Horticultural Hall, Tremont Street, Boston,
on Monday, March 7, 1870, at half past three
o'clock P.m.

President calls to order _ vacates the Chair _ Mr Otis Norcross chosen Chairman _

A quorum being in attendance, the President,
Dr. Jacob Bigelow took the chair, and stated, that
as he should be unable to attend during the whole
meeting, he would nominate to the chair,

Mr Otis Norcross,

The motion was put, and declared adopted, and
Mr Norcross took the chair.

The Secretary read the record of the previous meeting
on the 7^th of February. ~

Report of Special Com^ee

The Chairman stated the first business in order to be
the report of the Committee chosen on the 7^th of February.

Mr Poor the chairman read the report of the
Committee, which was accompanied with the following
recommendations _
