Com^ee on Ballotting.

The Chairman appointed as a Committee of
receive, assort and count the ballots for Trustees.

Ballotting _

After the ballotting, and while the Committee was
out assorting & counting the ballots,
On motion by Mr Jas. Cheever,
it was

Rules suspended -

Voted to suspend the rules, if any, which might
prevent action being had during the absence of a
Committee.

Vote to print Report of Com^ee of the Proprietors -

On motion by Mr A.T. Turner,

It was Voted

That the Report
of the Committee, which had been accepted &c, be printed
and distributed among the Proprietors, and that the
testimony taken by the Committee be transmitted
to the Trustees. ~

Testimony to be read to meeting _ & transmitted to Trustees _

On motion by Mr W^m F. Nichols, it was

Voted that
the testimony taken by the Committee be now read to the
Proprietors, and the same was read by Dr Brewer, Sec.y of
the Committee.
