Trustees' Special Meeting, _ continued _

In regard to the recommendations of the
Proprietors _

Report of Comee relating to Supt continued _

"That the Trustees be requested to place
some other Superintendent in office at Mount
Auburn instead of Capt. Winsor " _

The Committee
not being able to arrive at a unanimous con-
clusion, and deeming it essential to a correct
understanding of the matter that the testimony taken _
by them should be carefully examined by the
Trustees, it was voted to report the same
to the Board for such action as they may deem
expedient. _

Report accepted _

Otis Norcross for the Committee."

On motion by Mr Lovejoy it was

Voted that
the report be accepted. _

Amendt by Arts 3 & 7 of By-laws moved _

The propositions of amendment to articles three
and seven of the By-laws contained in the foregoing
report were then moved by Mr Norcross, and under
the By-laws lie over to the next meeting.

25 copies of prospect Amendt ordered _

Voted to print twenty five copies of said
proposed amendments to the by-laws, and distribute
among the members of this Board

The testimony referred to in the Report was
then read. _ [This sentence was added as an amendation to the minutes of this meeting as described on page 314.]
