To insert in the 7^th line of the 2^d paragraph the words _
"with the written request of the proprietor" _ which
was adopted: _

Compensation _

To strike out after the word "belonging," in the 4^th
line of the 3^d paragraph, the words _ "the use of a
horse and vehicle, and the services of one man,
at the expense of the Corporation,"

which was rejected _

On motion of Mr J. T. Bradlee the proposed
amendments to Article 7 as amended were then
adopted. _

Vote to proceed to choice of Sup^t _

On motion of Mr J. T. Bradlee,

Voted to proceed
to the matter of choice of a Superintendent.

D. L. Winsor declined reelection as Sup^t

A letter from Capt. Daniel L. Winsor declining
to be considered a candidate for reelection was
read, and it was ordered to be placed
on file. _
