A. J. Coolidge declines re-elecn as Sec.y or Treasr

A letter from Mr A. J. Coolidge
declining to be considered a candidate for either one
of the offices of Secretary and Treasurer was read. _

Report adopted.

Voted that the report of said Committee be
accepted, and its recommendations adopted. _

Mr Coolidge's letter placed on file _
Voted that Mr Coolidge's letter be placed on
file.

Comee granted further time to report names of candidates for Sec.y Treasr & Gate-keeper _

Voted that the Committee have further time
to report the names of suitable persons for
Secretary, Treasurer and Gatekeeper. _

Comee to arrange time for new Supt to begin his duties _

Voted that the Special Committee appointed to
inform Col. Folsom of his election have full power
to make such arrangements as may be deemed de-
sirable regarding the time of commencement of service
by Col. Folsom, and the retirement of Capt. Winsor.

Comee to report what changes are needed in By-laws _

On motion of Mr J. T. Bradlee,

Voted that a Special
Committee be appointed by the President to consider and
report to the Board what changes, if any, are desir-
able in the by-laws. _
