Mr Rand for the Committee to nominate persons
for the offices of Treasurer, Secretary and
Gatekeeper submitted the report of the Com-
mittee so far as related to the offices of
Treasurer and Secretary - recommending for
the office of Treasurer,

Henry B. Mackintosh _

and for the office of Secretary,

Samuel Batchelder, Junior.

Salaries _

The Committee also recommended that the salary
of the Treasurer be two thousand dollars _
and of the Secretary fifteen hundred dollars. _

Voted to accept the report.

Voted to proceed to ballot for Treasurer and Secretary.

The whole number of ballots for Treas^r was six-
