Trustees. .

your Committee have found the same duly and properly vouched,
and the evidences of property correct, as recorded in the books
of the Corporation. They have charged off, as loss to the Cor-
poration, a twenty dollar counterfeit note, received by the
late Treasurer in his official capacity.

Your Committee would also recommend, in view of the long
and valuable services rendered by the late Treasurer and Secretary,
that his salary from to be at the
rate of $2000. per annum for the office of Treasurer, and
$1500. per annum for that of Secretary, and in accordance
with these views would unanimouusly report the acompany-
ing vote.

Voted. – that the above Report of the Finance Committee, –
with the exception of the Vote therein recommended, – be accepted
and placed on file.

Substitute A.J. Coolidge. Compensation to. for Extra Services.

On motion of Mr. N. J. Bradlee the following Vote was
adopted as a substitute for the Vote recommended by the Committee,.

Voted, that there be paid to Austin J. Coolidge the sum of
Two hundred and fifty dollars as compensation for amounts
paid by him for extra services.
