Trustees,

Bond, Receipts Accounts to be recorded.

On motion of Mr Turner it was

Voted. – that the Abstracts of Account of the outgoing Treasurer,
the receipt of the new Treasurer together with his Bond, all of
which papers were submitted by the Finance Comittee as accom-
panying their Report, be spread upon the record.

Bond of Treasr, &c. placed in charge of the President.

On motion of Mr. Livermore it was

Voted, – that the Bond of the Treasurer, together with his
receipt for the evidences of property delivered to him, be placed
in the custody of the President. [This was done , by the Secretary.]

The President signified his willingness to receive the
aforesaid papers and deposit them in his own safe.

Unfinished Business

The Secretary then read from a Memorandum book made
by Mr. Coolidge a list of various matters not finally acted upon
by the several Committees or by the Board.

Com. on Birds in the Cemetery.

A partial report was received from Dr. Brewer in behalf
of the Special Committee appointed , to consider
the expediency of the protection, encouragement and introduction
of birds within the Cemetery", and asking further time.

Voted,– that the report of the Committee be accepted, and
that they have leave to sit again.

Comn from Gardner Brewer. adn on Horseback

A communication from Mr. Gardner Brewer respecting
admission to the Cemetery on horseback together with the endorse-
ment of the late Secretary to the effect that he had issued to Mr.
Brewer
upon payment of Ten dollars a permit dated , for admission on horseback for one year from date, having
been read it was

Voted, – that the said Letter and endorsement be placed on file.
