Trustees.

Lease of part of Reception House

"The Reception House Committee, authorized on "to lease a portion of the new building for a refreshment-
room, and for no other purpose, for one year," with the provision
"that the care of the building may be made a port of the con-
sideration of said Lease," reported that they had attended
to the duty assigned them, and had effected a Lease of the premises
for one year at a rent of three hundred dollars per annum.

Fence G. prem. of J. C. Gray & R. H.

The same Committee, authorized on the above date "to
arrange with Mr John C. Gray for an open partition fence be-
tween his premises and the lot on which the Reception Building
stands," reported that they had attended to the duty assigned them.

Fence G. prem. of McDonald & R. H.

Also that the Superintendent who was authorized on
the above date, under the directon of the same Committee, "to
remove the high fence btween the grounds of McDonald, and the
new building just erected by the Corporation as far back as the
rear line of the new building, and to substitute therefor a slat
fence not over four feet high," had attended to that duty.

Voted, – that the Secretary be instructed to furnish the
Chairman of each Committee of this Board a statement of
the matter referred to that Committee and not yet finally
disposed of.

Rep. of Lots appointed.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest, representatives
were designated for Lots as follows, viz; –

Caroline T. Kurtz of Boston, daughter of Melzar Dunbar,
deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Ninety=Six.
