Trustees,

The regular monthly Meeting of the Trustees was held
on Wednesday, , at half past Three o'clock, P. M.

Present, the President, and Messrs J. T. Bradlee, Brewer,
Livermore, Lovejoy, Rand and Turner.

Petn of N. Mitchell, Action of Com. on Lots approved.

The record of the last Meeting having been read, the
Secretary
was instructed to^add to the record of the action of the Com-
mittee on Lots in declining the request of Mr N. Mitchell for
leave to use wooden steps to his Lot, that the said action was
unanimously approved by the Board; and the record so amended
was approved. [See p. 25.]

Purchase of Lot of the late Z. Hosmer approved.

An oral communication was received from Mr Livermore
stating that he had obtained from the heirs at law of Zelotes Hosmer,
deceased, late proprietor of Lot No 281 on Orange Path, containing
300 feet, a conveyance of said Lot to the corporation for the
sum of Two hundred and fifty-dollars ($250. –)
