Trustees. November 9^t, 1870.

November 9^t, 1870

The regular monthly Meeting of the Trustees was held
on Wednesday, November 9^t, 1870, at half past three o'clock P.M.

Present the President, and Messrs. J. T. Bradlee, Nath^l J.
Bradlee, Brewer, Livermore, Lovejoy, Norcross, Sleeper & Turner.
The record of the last meeting having been read, – on motion
of M^r J. T. Bradlee it was.

Com. on Grounds Report resp. Hazel Dell Improvement Amended

Voted, – that the report of the Committee on Grounds
October 12^t, 1870 to be amended in Article 2 (pg. 29 supra) by
striking out in said Article the words "the land on the other
sides of," so that the Article will read as follows, –

"2^d. That no tombs hereafter be erected on the Southerly
"side of Hazel Dell, and that the plan presented by the Super-
"intendent for grading the same be adopted, and the same
"be carried out under the direction of Messrs. Livermore and
"J. T. Bradlee.

Voted, – that the record of of the last meeting, with the ad-
dition thereto of the above amendment to the said Report of
the Committee on Grounds, be approved.

Finance Com^ee Report & Vote on Treas^r's Quarterly Ac/cs.

A report was received from M^r Sleeper in behalf of
the Finance Committee to whom was referred at the last meet-
ing the Statement and Trial Balance of the Treasurer for the
quarter ending October 1^st, [September 30^t] 1870, approving the
same as correct.

Voted, – that the Report of the Finance Committee be accepted,
and the said Accounts placed on file

Report on Camb. Taxes, 1870.
