Trustees. New Greenhouse authorized conf. Vote on p. 42

Voted, – that the Superintendent be authorized to erect
at an expense of not exceeding $3000. – under the super-
vision of Mr N. J. Bradlee a new Greenhouse as recom-
mended in the report of Mr Bradlee this day submitted.

Cambridge Cemetery. Purchase of land, ordered by City of Cambridge

A communication having been received from
Mr D. W. Chamberlin in behalf of the Committee on Public
Property of the City Council of the City of Cambridge, stating that
the City Council had ordered the said Committee to purchase
the strip of land containing ten thousand four hundred and
twenty square feet as applied for by the Commissioners of the
Cambridge Cemetery, it was

Sale of land, ordered by this Board

Voted, – that the Treasurer and Secretary be and they are
hereby authorized and empowered to make execute and
deliver in the name of the Corporation to the City of Cambridge
a deed of so much of the Stone Meadow lot, so called, as
is described in the Report of the Committee on Grounds
recommending said conveyance, made to and accepted by
this Board , for the consideration named
in said report.

Henry Gurney's Petition for Addl rights of interment in Lot 1014, Acceded to.

A communication have been received from Mr Henry
Gurney
in relation to the existing restrictions upon the right
of interment in Lot No 1014, reconveyed by said Gurney to
the corporation in trust, by deed dated ; requesting
that the rights of interment in said deed expressed might
be extended to "Eight great grandchildren, if so many would
ever have application made at their decease;" it was

Voted, – that the request of Mr Gurney be acceded to
on the part of this Board, and that the Secretary be instructed
