having been read, it was

Voted, – that the same be referred to the consideration
of the next Board of Trustees

Report of the Com. on Lots, (annual,)

Voted, – that the Report be accepted and placed on file.

and on Douglass and Dennis Petition accepted & filed

A written Report was also received from the same
Committee to whom was referred at the Meeting of, the Petition of Messrs. Douglass and Dennis for certain im-
provements upon their respective Lots. (vid pp. 25 & 26] [sic] The
same having been read and considered, it was

Voted, – that the Report be accepted and placed on file.

Report of the Committee on By=Law Revn

A verbal Report was made by Mr J. T. Bradlee, in
behalf of the Special Comittee, (Messrs. J. T. Bradlee, Livermore
and Norcross) charged with the consideration of the subject of
a revision of the By=Laws of the Corporation, stating that the
Committee had been unable to come to any conclusion, or to
report any definite line of action upon the subject. And it was

referred to next Bd. of Trustees

Voted, – that the subject of a revision of the By=Laws be
referred to the next Board of Trustees.

Time of next Meeting fixed.

Upon motion of Mr. Turner it was

Voted, – that when this Meeting adjourns it adjourns to meet
at this place on Thursday, the at half past Three
o'clock P.M.
