Trustees' Report

Committee providing that the offices of Secretary and Treasurer
shall hereafter be held by different persons, and took order to
that effect.

Austin J. Coolidge Esq., having declined re=election to
either of the said offices, Henry B. Mackintosh Esq. was
elected Treasurer, and Samuel Batchelder Jr. Esq. was elected
Secretary for the ensuing year.

By the Treasurer's s Report of 1870, it appears that the Per-
manent Fund for the future support and preservation of the
Cemetery now amounts to $115.456.76. The Repair Fund is
now $69.466.63. and the estimated balance in cash, and
invested disposable property is $30,943.04, exclusive of real
estate owned by the Corporation outside of the Cemetery.
