Voted, – that all communications from the Superintendent
to this Board, not yet acted on, be referred to the Committee
on Grounds.

Day & hour of Regular Meet^gs fixed.

On motion of Dr. Brewer it was

Voted, – that until otherwise ordered the Meetings of this
Board be held on the second Wednesday of each month, at
half past Three o'clock in the afternoon.

Voted, – that this Meeting be adjourned to Wednesday the
first day of March, prox^o, at half past Three o'clock P.M.

An adjourned Meeting of the Trustees was held on
Wednesday, March 1^st, 1871, at half past Three o'clock, P.M.

Present, the President, and Messrs Bigelow, N. J. Bradlee,
Brewer, Choate, Lawrence, Livermore, Perkins and Turner.

The record of the last Meeting was read and approved.

Dr Bigelow's verbal Com^ns as to Mem. Work of Art: More time asked Com. on Grounds and granted.

Mr. Livermore, in behalf of the Committee on Grounds,
to whom was referred at the last meeting Dr. Bigelow's verbal
Communication in reference to the Memorial work of Art,
with instructions to report at this meeting, reported that
they had not as yet been able to come to a final understanding
in regard to the subject committed to them, and requested that
further time be granted. And it was

Voted, – that the Committee have leave to sit again.
