The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was
held on Wednesday, at half past Three o'clock, P. M.

Present, the President, and Messrs Bigelow, N. J. Bradlee,
Brewer, Choate, Lawrence, Little, Livermore, Perkins, Snow
and Turner.

The record of the last meeting was read and approved.

Land West of Cem'y. Rep. of Com. on use and appropriation of

A Report was received from the Special Committee,
consisting of Messrs. John T. Bradlee, Bigelow, Livermore and
Lawrence, appointed at the Meeting held on the , (V=60),
"to consider what action may be necessary or expedient, in re-
gard to the use and appropriation of the lately purchased land
West of the Cemetery
."

Said Report having been read and considered, it was

Voted, – that the Report be accepted, and the Committee discharged.

Votes Embodied in said Report adopted.

On motion of the Chairman of the Committee, the votes
embodied in said Report were unanimously adopted, as follows: –

Voted, – that the Lot of land recently purchased by the
"Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn of Rt Revd John J.
"Williams
, Roman Catholic Bishop of Boston, situated on the Westerly
"side of their Cemetery, be and hereby, is annexed to said Cemetery,
