be maintained against the Corporation for the alleged damages,
deeming it important to preserve harmonious relations with
our neighbors, and the City of Cambridge, the Committee
recommend that the facts of the case may be presented to
the City authorities of Cambridge, in the hope that a settle-
ment, just and equitable to all parties may thus be
reached.

Trustees. .

The regular monthy meeting of the Trustees was
held on Wednesday, , at half past Three o'clock P. M.

Present, the President, and Messrs. Brewer, Choate, Lawrence,
Livermore, Perkins and Snow.

The record of the last Meeting was read and approved.

Coolidge Avenue. Claims of Messrs. Coolidge & Muzzey referred to City of Cambridge.

A Report was received from the Special Committee
charged with the duty of communicating with the City government
of Cambridge respecting the claims of Messrs. Coolidge and Muzzey for
damages to their estates on Coolidge Avenue, stating that the
communication had been made, through the Mayor to the City
Council, and was now under consideration by that body. The
Report was accompanied by a copy of said Communcation.

Voted, – that the Report be accepted, and the communicaton
plced on file.

A Report was received from the same Committee, consis-
ting of the President, appointed at the Meeting of ,
