instrument of contract for the consideration of Fifteen
hundred dollars, signed by George Gardner as Executor of the
Will of James Read, instead of in three several instruments
in the name of the several proprietors for $400.– $700.– and
$400.– respectively as recommended by the Committee in their
report of ; – it was
Voted, – that the above mentioned contracts, be severally
concurred in on the part of this Board.
