The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was
held on Wednesday, , at half past Three
o'clock P. M.

Present Messrs. J. T. Bradlee, Brewer, Lawrence,
Little, Livermore, Snow & Turner.

The record of the last meeting having been read, –

Record of last Meeting ordered to be supplemented

on motion of Mr Turner it was

Voted, – that the Secretary be instructed to spread upon
the record the Report in reference to the mode pursued by
the Superintendent in performing stone=work on private
Lots, – which, by vote of the Board at the last meeting was
"accepted, and the recommendations thereof adopted"; and
that the record so supplemented be approved. [See p. 113.]

A verbal Report was received from the President
that, on conformity to the vote adopted at the last meeting,
he had given legal notice of a Petition to the Legislature for
an increase in the amount of the personal property of the
Corporation exempted from taxation.

Use of stone curbing in new portion of Cemetery – Com. on Lots to cons. & report as to restricting the same.

On motion of Dr. Brewer, it was

Voted, – that the Committee on Lots be requested to take
into consideration and report, how far, in their judgment,
it may be desirable to restrict the use of stone curbing
in the Lots, to be offered for sale within the new territory
of the Cemetery, viz; the Stone Farm and Watriss Lots.

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on
Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the perpetual
repair of Lot No 3160 on Maple Avenue, belonging to the
