otherwise occupied to the greater advantage of the general
proprietors. They therefore recommend that the Super-
intendent
be instructed that he is not to provide fences,
monuments or curbings, or plans of the same for individ-
ual proprietors in any instance whatever, or to act in any
way as Agent of said proprietors for obtaining proprosals
for materials, or awarding contracts for the same.

The regular monthly Meeting of the Trustees
was held on Wednesday,, at half past
Three o'clock, P. M.

Present, Messrs J. T. Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee, Brewer,
Bigelow, Choate, Little, Livermore, Perkins, Snow and Turner.

The record of the last Meeting was read and approved.

By=Law Revision. Report of Committee on

A Report from the Committee on By=Law revision
was submitted in writing by Mr Snow together with a
Draft of the revised Code of By=Laws. After discussion, it was

Voted, – that the Report be accepted and placed on file,
and that the Secretary be instructed to cause the revised Code
to be printed and a copy thereof to be forwarded in proof to
each Trustee, and that the consideration of the proposed
Code be specially assigned for the next Meeting of the Board.
