An adjourned Meeting of the Trustees was held on
Wednesday, January 10^t, 1872, at half past Three o'clock
P.M.

Present Messrs. J. T. Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee, Brewer,
Bigelow, Choate, Little, Livermore, Perkins, Snow and Turner.

The record of the last meeting was read and approved.

Treasurer's Ann. Report, Accepted & ordered to be printed.

The Annual Report of the Treasurer, duly audited
and certified by the Committee on Finance, having been
presented, it was

Voted, – that said Report be accepted and printed.

Superintendent's Ann. Report accepted & ordered to be printed.

The Annual Report of the Superintendent having been
read by the President, it was

Voted, – that said Report be accepted and printed.

His suppl. Report referred to next Bd. of Trustees.

A Supplementary Report of the Superintendent
was also read by the President.

Voted, – that said Report be referred to the next Board of
Trustees.

His Inventory ordered to be placed on file

The Superintendent's Inventory of property belonging to
the Corporation having been submitted, it was

Voted, – that said Inventory be placed on file.

Revised Code of By Laws adopted, and [ordered to be printed with Ann. Reports.]

The revised Code of By=Laws, copies of which had
been forwarded in proof slips to each member of the Board,
in compliance with the vote adopted at the last meeting,
having been taken up and considered article by article, and
various amendments having been introduced and adopted –
on motion of M^r Turner
